Silent Retreats
Deepen your mindfulness practice with our Silent Retreats
The more space we make for stillness and silence, the more we have to give to both ourselves and others.

Half Day Mini Retreats - 3 hours
A half day session consists of three hours of continuous meditation practice. The practices may include body scan meditation, gentle yoga, mindfulness meditation (anchoring in the breath, body and sound, working with thoughts and emotions), walking meditation and mindful eating.
Participants practice in silence, providing the opportunity to go deeper with one’s practice while supporting each other’s commitment to mindfulness. Silence is broken at the end of the day in order to debrief your experience.
While spending hours in silence may seem daunting to some, these retreats are often a welcome respite and a great way to foster stillness in the rush of everyday life. Many regular participants attest to the retreats’ restorative effects and the ways in which the experience enhances personal insight and self-knowledge.
These Mini Retreats are part of our MBSR/MBCT programs and also offers a way to maintain your mindfulness practice after completion of our mindfulness programs.
